Allied barges in 1944

Post by wga8888 »

This is FYI:
-
I created barges in this order
-Pearl 10P+shipyard: 6xLCVP, 6xLCT; 3xLCM
-SanDiego 10P+sy; 10xLCVP; 6xLCM
-Sydney 10P+sy; 6xLCVP, 5xLCVP
-Brisbane: 9P: 3xLCVP
-Port Mor 6P; none
-Adm Is 6P: none
-Noumea 9P: none
-Lunga: none
-Rangoon 9P: none
-Bombay 9P; none
-Dia Har 9P+sy; none
-Colombo 9P; none
-LA 10P+sy; none
-SanFran 10; none

I suspected there was a limit as to how many can be created in a turn.
Whether the port size or presence of a shipyard matters remained TBD. Most
of these ports had an excess of supply 400K+

Next iteration
-Bombay: 6xLCVP, 6xLCT; 3xLCM
-Diamond: 10xLCVP; 6xLCM
-Colombo: 6xLCVP, 5xLCVP
-Rangoon: 3xLCVP

Same pattern of barges created.

Third iteration; using small ports all in the same area
-Sansapor 4P: 6xLCVP, 6xLCT; 3xLCM
-Babo 1P; 10xLCVP; 6xLCM
-Sarmi 4P: 10xLCVP, 5xLCVP
-Biak 4P; 3xLCVP

Port size does not matter. One irregularity in the 3rd group, but I already delted the iteration, so cannot confirm

Big question is where do all the LCIs come from? I have a lot not from those repaired from earlier invasion. I think they must be inherent to LSTs.

I think LCIs are in the ship availability list, like the LST.
