Launch Issues

I've ran this game before. I have a new computer. It's windows 7. 8gigs of ram. Card I'd gt 1030 2gb. About 600gb free on hard drive. Game keeps telling me about low memory. I've tried the configuration adjustments and no change. Game gets to loading to first screen.then crashes.?????
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Are we Having fun yet??

I can't get mine to launch either. It used to run. I'm going to try some of the Win 10 compatibility modes.

Forge of Freedom wont load
Forge of Freedom crash
Forge of Freedom not launching
Forge of Freedom not starting

I got my copy to work after uninstalling it and re-installing the game with the new version (April 2021). Wish someone would have responded to your thread earlier but here you go.
Forgive me my old friend...but I must use all my experience, to get home.
