Yes, and yes. It looks like I'm doing fine around Minsk and will gain the city this turn and will decrease the Soviet Production Level by 5% with the capture of Minsk. Losses are relatively low. The weather is hot with scattered showers.

I hope that you will get Bulgarians in this game. Somehow I still didn't captured Sevastopol. Supply is atrocius there with vanilla 4.6 Dir 21 version - hey I have now even 1 panzer division down there helping taking forts around Sevastopol - but Soviets made breakthrough near Kerch - I think that I will counterattack there but now Panzer division that was there in case such emergency - cannot be employed around Kerch until Secastopol falls..... I've almost got the peninsula cleared out and I've got a lot of Soviet units surrounded but down south I've run into a lot of resistance and I'm trying to handle it.
