Which DLCs Have Multiplayer

The description for DLC's are not consistent so it is difficult to be certain that the DLC can be played multiplayer which is what my friend and I are interested in.
The only one that indicates more than 1 player is U.S. Marines which says 1-4 players. Others like Allies Victorious don't indicate any number for players but says "traditional PBEM".
Can someone list the DLC's that can be played multiplayer? What is "traditional PBEM". Is this through the Matrix server? Please explain how PBEM works for a Order of Battle DLC. Thanks.
