Monitor Issues

Does anyone know what may be wrong here? I have two monitors and the Empires game is on the left (as usual). When I click on anything in the right screen the game disappears (and I have to recover from the tool bar). When I try and 'Print Screen' the game flickers and when I try and paste the image in Paint 3D its not there....

Any ideas what may be wrong and how to put it right? I have never seen this issue with any other game....

I have tried TOAW IV, WIF and SCWaW to see if it was something to do with my computer, but these all work as normal. Note, this affects both Empires and FoG II.

Please can anyone help because otherwise this is £45 down the drain because this is unplayable.
