Command: Chains of War is a DLC for Command: Modern Operations. 20 minutes into the future, a spark erupts in the Korean peninsula that will lead to a theaterwide conflagration embroiling the entire Western Pacific and drag all major powers into it.

I tried this scenario, so many times. The anti missile defenses on Okinawa are too good, so I attacked Japan and Korea. Korean fighters start the war, when entering Chinese air space. US satellites were always out of range. I did sink aircraft carrier.

You got farther than I did. The moment I started shooting off missiles (especially ballistic ones), the game slowed to a crawl and was pretty much unplayable. My poor I7-6500U couldn't keep up. The one air attack on Okinawa I did manage to mount failed completely.

Regarding the satellites, I'm pretty sure there was a tech support post a while back discussing the inability of ASAT weapons to take out satellites. None of my ASAT weapons in this scenario had any luck either.

One time, I did destroy a satellite, before started my missile attack. I believe when the battle starts, they move to a higher orbit. With Okinawa, I have tried taking out the SAM's first, but all my air to ground missile get shot down. I play the battle at 1 sec interval, I had no slow down of the computer.

I'm pretty sure that the slowdown issue caused by ABM DLZs has been resolved...?

Oh yeah, I played it a while ago. Definitely before the ABM fixes were implemented.
