where to download my original purchases

where to download my original purchases

Hi all,

I purchased the 4 command modern operation games back in 2017 CMANO, Chains of War, etc and have the emails with the original serial numbers. When logging in to my page here it no longer lists me as owning the 4 games. I had purchased a new computer and was unable to duplicate my original setup so I have to reinstall the games. Where can I download them? I tried registering the serial numbers but got a reply that the download had already been used. Any help?
