This is from the Alternate Wars scenario archive. It was made for TOAW III. I opened it the TOAW III editor and saved it. Then I opened and saved it in the TOAW IV editor.

I have had the computer play both sides to the end of the scenario and everything seems to work.

With Iron Cross WAW and Bleached Map 2.1b tiles sprites the garrison requirements on map graphics are missing for both the Chinese and Japanese garrison hexes (2 for the Chinese and 6 for the Japanese). It seems to work with the only anomaly being missing the line on the map to the east of Hawaii informing the Axis player about the morale hit if moving units east of that line while Honolulu is Allied. That does have the right symbols showing in China, so it seems that an issue reported elsewhere with this mod, may not be an issue at all! Which is good news. I think the only thing missing might be Airfields? I will have a closer look at the map tomorrow. It's quite late here. I hope the Bleached ...

Delete the. png files from the individual campaigns folders you added them to in Documents/My Games/WarPlan/Campaigns

If that doesn't work delete the WarPlan folder in Documents/My Games and uninstall the game then reinstall the game again.
