Brand Manager

We are looking for a talented, creative Brand Manager to help us grow and develop past and future brands and product line-up. This means sharing a strategic vision and liaising closely with production and other marketing stakeholder to increase visibility and monetization. 

We need a person who is highly enthusiastic, flexible, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple products and teams.

A successful candidate will be passionate about the gaming industry and specifically about strategy games, be able to think and act both strategically and tactically, and use customer-centric data to identify opportunities and audit results.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Build a long-term strategy for the growth and development of your brands.
Identify product positioning and target audience.
Develop product roadmap in collaboration with producers, media relations, social media and art departments
Build and continuously develop a product marketing plan, sustain the product lifecycle through a constant set of activities and report on results and future improvements
Be an evangelist for your brands
Help drive traffic, through promotional activities, cross-marketing activities, partnerships and more

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, product management
• Possess good business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical common sense approach to getting things done
• Delivers on deadlines and priorities as a self-directed individual, comfortable with a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years’ gaming industry experience
• Ability to deliver initiatives from conception through completion
• Ability to analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, drive improvements, and scope requirements
