Pilot slots

It's 13 Dec 41 in my game vs the AI and apparently I have run out of pilot slots. Any idea why I can't put pilots into this squadron? My pool says thousands of pilots are available, yet I can't place them into units. Hope this isn't a bug.

You need pilots of the right nationality for the unit. The 6th PAAC is a Philippines Army air squadron. You might be out of Filipino pilots. There are only a handful of them available at start and usually no more are forthcoming.

Thanks, I had forgotten the unit wasn't a US crewed squadron. Can't believe how much of the game I've forgotten since I last played.

Also notice that the "Any" is in red which tells you there are no pilots available to add from any part of the pools.
