Cost Formulae?

SPWaW is a tactical squad-level World War II game on single platoon or up to an entire battalion through Europe and the Pacific (1939 to 1945).

I thought it was at least partly (mostly?) an art, rather than a strict scientific matter.

The cost formula are part and parcel of the "spreadsheet from hell" and would make no sense if just printed out as they address the values of various columns and fields in the spreadsheet. .. If you can get a copy of the spreadsheet it inculdes the formula, and can ( after updating any changed values on the units) calculate the exact cost of a unit or all units in all the OOB's in a standard way across all OOB's ... there is no "art" involved. Well until recently when folks started trying to ...... well God only knows what.
The "spreadsheet from hell" was available as a download on the OOB forums some time back... might try asking Paul V.
