Am I correct that LND4 in northern USSR is OOS after Axis submarine attack?

Yes. Although, I think, that it was a Japanese CVL that did the actual attack that disrupted the link to oil.

RE: Rematch 4 player game (Orm, Peskpesk, jjdenver and Mayhemizer)
Last turn Allies (me) forgot that there is one USSR LND4 disorganized in the arctic and returned CPs from Arctic Ocean. This turn rain saved the plane and Allies built new convoy line from Persia to Arctic Ocean, but Japanese CV sunk one CP near South Africa on last impulse.
Allies have new master plan to save the plane. See the map for "easy job to deliver the oil". Poor bastard who ever needs to deliver it. Imagine transporting few barrels of oil cross the Africa. ..

I am curious if this actually worked; sometimes MWiF does not handle very long supply lines correctly.
I thought I knew how to play this game....
RE: Rematch 4 player game (Orm, Peskpesk, jjdenver and Mayhemizer)
Don't you need an unbroken rail/road network to deliver the oil across central Africa?ORIGINAL: Mayhemizer_slith

Actually it's basic supply path so no rail needed.

Note that the route could have used Free French territory as well.

MWIF found a route for the oil. Not sure if it was the route showed. But the plane is able to be reorganized in our game.ORIGINAL: Courtenay

I don't think I understand this or there is an error.
Japan has 2 oils in Palembang. One is saved to Batavia and one is idle, not two.
Is Burma oil used to reorg? I did that and moved on. Let me know if that is OK or not.

What happens if CW liberates Netherlands or not? What is the difference?
Side note: Game has totally fixed itself at EOT, no editing needed anymore. There was some issues after I returned extra CPs to ports when production was optimum, in next phase CW was 2 BPs low and some routes needed to be redone to fox the situatuin but it was doable.

Yes. The sentence "1 Palembang oil in Batavia." should have been deleted.
My intention was to increase the saved oil in Japan by one. And decrease the saved oil in China by two. So total saved oil was -1. But locally +1 in Japan. And in China -2.
Looks good to go anyway. [:)]
