Mods for Cross of Iron

I need help in loading mods to my steam version of close combat cross of iron. I have a modswap program but had to get it from longest day since I could not find one for COI. I says that it doesnt see my copy of the game and that may be the reason but could anyone be nice enough to help my load Vietnam and Western front mods please and it would be appreciated. Just trying to enjoy the old classics. I do have the maps from both plugins which loaded just fine.
