Space bar re-opening doctrine screen

Hi, something irritating: normally, space bar pauses/resumes the game. But when the last window opened (and therefore closed) was the doctrine screen, then pressing space bar re-opens the doctrine screen instead of pausing/resuming the game.

This is quite irritating as the player gets used to pause the game using the space bar and instead gets the doctrine screen to reopen.

This seems to occur only after using the 'EMCOM Window' button on the side bar. (ie not with "ctrl-F9" nor "game/Side Doctrine")

This won't occur if after closing the doctrine window I left-click at least once on the map.

Looks like a bug to me...
