[1.09] Energy not provided to units (laser guns, electric engines etc) - help

Hi,
I am out of ideas why it doesnt work. But it doesn't: I have decent logistics network, no bottlencks (modern rail v3 in couple of my towns).
I have +200 energy per turn
...and my units even on the roads started not to receive enregy this and previous turn.
(1): my capital with SHQ, (2) my units with no supply of energy (food ok) (3) my energy

AFAIK energy doesnt even need logistic points, just a connetion. So what is the problem?

OK, my nation uses A LOT of energy (i.e. capital with SHQ) has negative energy of -3500 so it needs to import from other cities... but I have surpluses there (as mentioned above, I have +200 overall)

I would understand it if it were ammo or food that needs to be delivered by trains or trucks - but energy?

You need the entire next turns consumption in storage before you hit end turn.
Production comes in only in Zone > SHQ.
With Energy, Storage is propably the bottleneck.
