[Logged] US SBIRS Jiggling and aren't detecting launches

HI

US SBIR Satellites are jiggling and don't detect any launches. Not sure if DB or code thing.

Launch scenario and View from the Target side.

STSS's don't see much either. Same camera type.

At some point there was a discussion on this and I think there was talk of making a sensor that programmatically detects the launch event (might even been the call for the graphic which then checks for too see if the object has a speed) and run persistent % calc to see if it was detected. Generation of the sensor was a key variable and range. Current issue when discussed (not sure if still the case) is when it works it acts like an IR camera so makes IR detection and tracking like any other IR sensor and not really focused in on the thermal detection piece.
