[1.06 .05 Steam] Unable to Save

Playing an Earth+ size Siwa with >10 Majors, I noticed the turns took longer and longer to save and to load. I didn't think too much of it until one turn this occured.

Vic propably needs that text more then anything else.
He only knows that it was a Array size issue, but has no basis where in all the code it is.

Also optionaly the savegame, those usually help.

Just from the description I would say there is some memory leak, of the "added to collection but never removed" type. But there are propably arrays of arrays in the game, each one capable of causing that one. Nevermind all the lists wich just contain arrays.
