Hyper Trains

After noticing how the just discovered hyper train station required the destruction of the previous train station i tried to switch stations in one of the zones to see how that went....

It took quite some time before the normal train station was demolished removed to clear some room for the new hyper train.
This proces raised some questions.

Is the demolish rate dependent on the industrial points the city produces? Can this be fastened in any way?

Is it more logical to place the new hyperstations just outside the city? I'm still a bit confused when it comes down onto reading the logistical network hence the question

It can not be fastened in any way, its demolished by a fixed % every turn.

Right now its more faster to place them outside of your city, but we have been asking Vic to change it so you can build them also in your city without having to demolish the regular train station.

so it remains 100 points per turn on slow with, at least a level 2 train station having 1400 hitpoints, gamespeed slow

then outside city placements it will be for the hyper stations
