"Unit is Damaged" Trigger goes off multiple times for the same unit

So... I've been playing "Hail Mary" in the "Chains of War" campaign and I've noticed that it's gotten far too easy thanks to a nasty little bug. The bug being that if I attack a runway/taxiway/open structure/reveted structure multiple times, I can farm a lot of points from that same object. Apparently, there's a bit of a bug with the way the "Unit is Damaged" trigger goes off for events in that it can go off multiple times for the same object even when it's not supposed to. Could you make fixing this a priority?

We have been working on issues related to the damage trigger since May. In the thread below I introduced the problem with it not firing as intended.

Maybe in working on not firing at all, firing too much crept into the code. This is a tricky one I guess.
