[FIXED DB v443] Range problem with an air unit

I was just trying out various aircraft in the CWDB, primarily the Soviet Union when I tried the An-2 Colt (marked at #3096 in the database), I noticed that it bingoed at only about 31nm from base, prior to even reaching its cruising altitude even. The game indicates it should have a 420nm range. I hope this can be fixed in the next patch. I was using v.1.11 RC 15 Build 816

What you describe could maybe be part of a more general issue. In the attached scen it shows the too short range of the Colt and also shows that the C-47 travels more 4000nm with Cargo load, which is a bit too much ;) Tested with B816 and CWDB 442.
