RE: Goat Simulator DLC
Saw that three or four months ago on Steam, seem funny, but you will get tired of it soon. That roleplaying DLC look interesting.

RE: Goat Simulator DLC
Bought the game and DLC, been waiting for it to go on sale. Haven't played the zombie mode yet but the MMO level is a great parody of MMO's. The other levels are pure silly fun. You just run around exploring the levels wrecking stuff and finding easter eggs. Nice for when you need a stress-free break from wargaming!

Yep... silly, mindless fun [:D]
The original Goat Simulator is on sale for $3.40 from Steam and Gamer's Gate.
Bought "Orion Prelude 3" for 74 cents on Steam... another silly bargain... haven't downloaded it yet though.

Yep, silly as hell. And really fun. My wife loves it.

I've got a little goat kid in my barn healing up from a massive savaging by one of the dogs... ripped open down to the neck vertebrae... ghastly [:(]
But she is about healed up though scarred enough to be a Zombie Goat! I hope the hair grows back... I named her Phoenix because I had given her up for dead.

RE: Goat Simulator DLC
I don't think I got the joke of Goat Simulator. However, Surgeon Simulator and I am Bread and are similar time wasters and have caused bouts of uncontrolled laughter.

I am glad that she is recovered. But she is about healed up though scarred enough to be a Zombie Goat! I hope the hair grows back... I named her Phoenix because I had given her up for dead.

Any chance of some real, happy, goat pictures? Maybe a goat step dancing on a car, or something like that? But a cute goat will do. Or a heroine, like Phoenix. [:)]

Goat Pictures!!!!!
By popular demand... some happy goat pictures for your viewing pleasure [:)]
Cute pic of my truck being swamped by the goat herd when I arrived with two bales of fresh cut alfalfa hay. Then, the required smiling goat [:)] Finally, a picture showing the current status of my little doe, Phoenix, who was savaged by one of my dogs over two months ago. Her neckbones were visible and the wounds were ghastly, but she has survived and healed up. You can see the remaining scabs from the three major wounds. Her head is still hanging down but she can now lift her head about a foot off the ground (she was dragging it on the ground until about two weeks ago). I've got her outside now and she is re-socializing with the herd. I have her mom, Jami, and male sibling, Flash, in the pen with her for companionship. Flash and Phoenix were playing together today (pretty roughly actually) but my little girl held her own nicely... no more running away and cowering!

RE: Goat Pictures!!!!!
And still more exciting livestock photos!
First up, Flash, a very promising young buck! Looking very regal from his perch on top of the goat house. Then, Jon Snow, a unique white cross-breed out of Aurora out of Krystal one of my bottle fed "orphans" with some Pygmy goat in them. Poor Jon had his ears bitten off
His mom also had her ears nipped when she was a kid... goat racism perhaps? Anyway, Jon is getting pretty big and strong and is holding his own now against the adult goats. Finally, another shot of Phoenix showing her wounds as of a week ago. You can see how she can't really hold her head upright yet.

RE: Goat Pictures!!!!!
Here is the evil dog who savaged Phoenix... Ember is the smallest of my four dogs, but despite her friendly looks... she is the fighter! I finally managed to find and repair the yard fence to keep her from getting out and doing any more damage! I still can't understand why she got out that day and attacked Phoenix like she did... usually the dogs will get a goat spooked and running and just chase them to exhaustion.
This time, Phoenix wasn't running and was in the middle of the herd and Ember just had her by the neck and was throwing her around like a rag doll before I could get to them. It was pretty terrifying, but stuff like this happens on a ranch. For example, the older chickens killed one of the new chicks I had just introduced to the flock (it was really small) and I came home to find them eating the body. Chickens will eat anything and cannibalism is common. Anyway... on to the pictures. The brown and white dog is Ember. One of the other pics includes Trudy (black, Rottweiler mix) and Granger (Retriever mix) who are my two guard dogs for the herd.

RE: Goat Pictures!!!!!
Dang... the first shot uploaded doesn't want to display for some reason, OK, here is "evil" Ember... my "Goatslayer" (yea, he ran one of last year's kids to death when the kid slipped through the gate when Ranger the Buck was pushing against it trying to get into the yard. He sprung it open far enough for the kid to slip inside, alone, with the dogs... and when she panicked and ran... Ember chased her to the point of exhaustion and shock and she died without a mark on her. Just one of those things that happens.
Oh, another story, some of you may remember that two years ago Storm got out and went over to see a neighbor's mare who was in heat. Well, that neighbor called me and wants to breed my stallion to that mare. I said fine, but then he told me that Storm HAD gotten to her previously and she had given birth 11 months later to a beautiful Palomino filly! Which was cool, but then he told me that when he went to wean her from her mom and put the filly into a pen with his gelding... well, when he got back home from town the gelding had kicked the filly in the head and killed her
Who would have thought... but that's what happens on a ranch... you don't secure a gate properly, or fail to fix a bad spot on a fence... or leave the dogs outside in the yard while going to town... put two animals together in a pen or God knows what else... and suddenly disaster strikes and you have a dead animal. It's the hardest part about having a ranch... death is always waiting for a mistake or lapse in judgement or just laziness....
