Battle issues

Netgames

- it’d be nice if players could select their own titans, instead of the host choosing for them - the host will always know what each player will play with

General

- including in the patch the improved sounds provided by Fornax, and the old 2D hexes (with different names or in a separate folder) with an option to use the ones you prefer from inside the Battle module (with an F# key like with the 3D views, or with the 2D view key as a toggle) would be great

- it’d be nice if there was a quicker and more efficient way to check the movement type of each (enemy) titan in the map, and to be informed of movement type changes when they happen (tooltip/icon/overlay ?)

- base height for Titan Size modifier calculation is still 13m (old height value for Medium Titans), should be 11m (new height for Mediums)

- some Own Movement modifiers seem to be exaggerated:
crouch/stand is -15% (walk is -10%, run -15%, dodge -20%)
swivel is -25% (turn is -5%)

- being able to punch prone titans is silly (for reference, you can’t in BattleTech)

- the value of Bravery can get negative, it probably shouldn’t (though there’s really no effect)

- environment heat (polar, vulcano) is not counted in jump level > 0, which makes jumping a more efficient way of moving

- AI should try to hide its damaged torso/arm/leg

- lower level AI shouldn’t launch flares too much if not being targeted by GMHs, because their CtH will decrease

- engine explosion causes damage only in the surrounding hexes (radius 1) for cover/woods/buildings, but damages titans within 2 hexes

- explosion damage causes concussion damage the same way that weapon hits do

- energy weapons and explosion damage shouldn't probably have the same concussion internal damage capability as ammo dependent weapons, and Gauss Cannons should probably have more

Damage modifiers to the Battle Computer should probably be revisited, with the decreased bonuses for the BCs in a previous patch.
Mods are Light=85%, Medium=70%, Heavy=40%; the differences between L and M are small.

Flares deployed affect the BC's bonus to weapon attacks by -5%, but not the bonus to HtH attacks, not sure if that's intended?

A titan with the LT and the RA destroyed shouldn't be able to try to stand up.

A couple of issues more:

A titan without both arms can still fire weapons mounted in the head. It shouldn't be able to lift its head up enough to fire, especially when on its back.

(pic) When there's no LoS to the *hex* but you can clearly see the woods in that hex, it'd be nice to be able to fire at them (to set them on fire). Probably not easy to do though.
