Exception error when switching themes

Some players, including myself, have reported exception errors when switching themes FROM a theme with more than the default 11 shipsets in them.

I've tested this with 3 different mods and removing the family11 folder each time has resulted in no errors. Each family11 folder has been checked and there are no errors with any of the files.

If I start the game with the default theme selected, then I can change to one of the themes (with a family11 shipset) no problem and the theme runs smoothly. If I then try to change the theme to any other theme (including default) then I get an exception error.

The error allows me to either continue or quit. If I select continue, the theme seems to never load, but I can still click 'cancel' but the theme will not be loaded correctly. I can then exit the game and start the game again and the theme I was trying to load will run from the start.

Thanks for this Igard, this report should be VERY useful for Elliot to track
this down and fix upon his return. In testing, we found that this provides
