Post by Bluebook »

1) When exactly will the game be released? 00:01 GMT on Monday? 09:00 EST?

2) What is the size of the file to be downloaded?
Then out spake brave Horatius, The Captain of the gate:
"To every man upon this earth death cometh soon or late.
And how can man die better Than facing fearful odds,
For the ashes of his fathers, And the temples of his Gods."

1) Remember about info from Gold Annoucment topic "We are in the final stages of release and we expect the release date to be either Monday, July 27th or Tuesday, July 28th (if we hit a snag on Monday)" so it can be 28 also hehe.

Don't begrudge any of the team having it early after the gargantuan effort they put in, but I sure wish it was Monday or Tuesday already.

Of course we just have it early because we've been testing it. I don't think any of us have a physical copy yet, all we have are the electronic test builds.

Indeed that's what I meant, I recall beign a tester on another game and having a whole load of builds but didn't actually get the final 'official' one until the initial feeding frenzy had well died down.
