New Interface - Rework

Haven't spent much time here... just wanted to do a quick work up of a semi-feeling of being at a desk (with some graphic background). Really, you do not have a lot of working room on the interface side.... but I will probably come up with several different styles to choose from... The ones below need a lot more work.
