JTCS meets PG3D "WWII" / "Cold War"

JTCS meets PG3D"WWII"

however in the map editor!...... only the group of tanks of 3 and 3.Armee so far completely, other units in parts available.)completly scenario comes on 22nd june 2009 only for members !

-1st german tankdivision Fall Gelb 1940 -only the first 8 days
-18th german tankdivision Barbarossa 1941 -only the first 6 days

1. Install the setup JTCS meets PG3D WWII in your JTCS-file !


Ready !
Start with a new wf-exe on desktop called JTCS meets PG3D WWII.

3. Start the 2 LCG-Campaigns with play again ! Than you have the original Strenght of troops ! To play a new LCG, you must clean all LCG-saves and copy an new startfile from my extra-file in your JTCS meets PG3D WWII-file. In version 1.04 you must copy the startfiles from extrafile in your JTCC meets PG3D WWII - file !


JTCS meets PG3D"Cold War"

1. The Bolt out of the Blue comes with the new version Cold war on 12th april 2009
(Full scenario WWIII in Middle Europe in 1989 only for members)

install the setup JTCS meets PG3D Cold War in your JTCS-file.
Start with a new wf-exe on desktop called JTCS meets PG3D Cold War.


ingame problems:
1.You must switch the sommer / winter grafik ! Copy from extra-file in your west front file !
2.Night and day selection manual in your bte-save-files ! (human vs.human-e-mail-play)
3. Start the 2 LCG-Campaigns with play again ! Than you have the original Strenght of troops ! What game is this mod for? The Matrix version of CTCS, or an older version?

The mod is for John Tillers Campaign series. make a new west front file and copy the 2 files in this. Start with JTCS-west Front. Play zhe campaigns with play again !

important note:
1.We use the aircraft-employments new for every day, naturally so far it goes historically according to existing regiments. The loss by antiairguns (Flak) then in a special file calculated and on the next day the reinforcement will become so again computed. If someone should need these for one the Multiplayerscenarios, I will put these into here.

2. Pontoon units are loaded on pioneer vehicles. These can be started first at a brook/a small river/a large river and then unloaded (100 points of action necessarily) now are the player in the situation at the end of its round a ford in the map editor to be set, it the pontoon bridge in its next round so there to be used can.
A condition would be here a preceding transition by normal engineer units (bridge column K) for the protection of the pontoon bridge! This is represented with 9 parts (corresponds to the German standards for bridge column B) and can be destroyed by opposing weapon delivery!
A transition over very large rivers (lower Dnepr, Volga, Don) is possible only by the presence of 2 bridge columns B. This may be set then by pontoon code in that component bte-save file, as soon as both bridge sections on different in each case banks arrived.

sorry for my bad english but I must ask you some questions about your excelent mod [X(]

In a older threat you told us that you will sell your mod over matrix. then you told us matrix isn´t interested in your mod right? Is this JTCS meets PG3D now a demo or the full mod? Sorry but i´m little confused. What is the different between the old and the JTCS version?

and the second question. If this is the fullversion what about the other szenarios? In the old threat you have listed much more szenarios like normandy, fall gelb, fall weiss (I think) ... is it possible to get these szenarios too or are these szenarios canceled?

And last but not least do I need only JTCS for playing or some other stuff like PG3D or one of the patches specially?

I love historical correct games like this! [&o] very great work!

This is a mod for JTCS West Front (included in WF are EF and RS)

This is not the full version. All scenarios are not included in this open demo version !
Matrix ist not interested. I wait for email of the matrix people, otherwise the Fullversion remains in my possession.
And last but not least do I need only JTCS for playing or some other stuff like PG3D or one of the patches specially?
You need only the new matrix version JTCS !!!

Is your mod finished now or still in progress?

still in progress? 24 Multiplayerscenarios are ready - 14 in work !
In the last weeks we work on barbarossa scn.
Is matrix your only publisher or do you have a second if matrix don´t answer?
HPS simulation is the second and HPS is not interested.

Every important battel of the WW2. thats nice!!! But the battle of berlin including the seelower hights is missing right? Or is it planed in the futur?

Is it possible to play with the japanese armee?

Yes - the japanees army are included in the future. The icons are ready for this.


Matrix will not produce this mod to a new game and I can not take money - i have not the rights for this.
Our rule is completely simple. Produce 10 mapquadrants for our new barbarossa-scn and I will send you the complete modfile.
You can also play with us this greatest and largest scn ever - beginning in april/May 2008.
You get one guidance and 10 matrix maps. (2 maps in one week is than OK. = 4-8 hours in work) You can view the quadrants in our barbarossa map.
For all others the same...

Ah you mean this mod will get in the future new maps after the "release"? Thats great!
The most publisher release games and thats all. No new features by a upgrate or something like this :(

Well not an AAR just a sort summary of our very tense E-mail game with Herr Balck.

We played the Slonim scenario (as a preparation for the huge Barbarossa scenario). I can tell you it was one of the most savage tank battles I played in any strategy game. I was commanding the German force and it was a very close fighting until the last rounds. The Russian tanks are very tough and a lot of encircling maneuvers were needed to overcome that Russian advantage. Also the presence of the Luftwaffe was decisive because it helped overcome the Russian tank division in the most critical moment. It was also a challenge to stop the masses of Russian infantry as well. Again encirclement and suppression was the key.

It was a fun battle and we shall play another scenario about the Ardennes offensive.
