Generals Won't Stay in Assigned Units

Not sure where to post this; but as I was updating FlagMod to v4; I ran across a problem:

I've got my ACWCommanderAssignments.txt set up like this:

But when I go into the game and start a battle, I get this:

Ahh, simple answer: the FOF code does not permit one to attach generals to specific brigades automatically at the beginning of the game, and the file you are using is only for putting generals inside army/corps/division/fort/city "containers." Since brigades are not containers, you can't do what you're trying to do. So in the case you show, Hunter was randomly assigned.

Changing the code so that what you are attempting to do is something we've seriously considered, but I'm not sure if it's the sort of change that can be made in a patch. If it requires new interface or a lot of coding it might need to wait until a FOF expansion.
