digitalriver, matrix support - no one at home ?

Post by serg3d1 »

I have bought Advanced Tactic download through digitalriver, but it seems digitalriver ordering process have problems - it trying to open confirmation window from credit card company site in the frame, and fail for firefox. I ordered again with IE but got previous failed firefox order confirmed too. No I've bought Advanced Tactic twice. I've tried to cancel second order, but digitalriver is not answering online request (two days already). Calling them is not an option - I'm international customer, calling would cost more than the game itself probably. I send mail to matrix support, but got no answer either. Is digitalriver have customer service at all ?
And on to of it I screwed my matrix forum account - changed e-mail to non-existing, so had to reregister again :(
BTW the game is great, but somebody should tell digitalriver not to open confirmation window in the frame.

Please email to support@matrixgames.com , we will handle this don't worry.

DR has support, but granted, it is not the greatest and fastest. That's why we always advice to write us directly at above email adress, make sure to read the store's FAQ first, it covers a lot of standard things.

That is not possible, since these is two completely different websites and databases. They are sharing no data or logins.
