DLC Wishlist

Hi Guys

I am really enjoying this game. And also looking forward to the multi player option going live. Hopefully we well get the same DLC add on nations as the first manifestation of the game. And I hope mor besides. Here is my wish list.

Previous DLC remakes

France & Belgium
Checks & Dutch
Yugoslavia & Italy (BTW will the Yugoslavia faction be able to defend against a Warsaw Pact invasion as well as go up against NATO)

Extra European Content DLC’s

Canadia & Denmark
Norway & Sweden
Austria & Hungary
Greece & Turkey (also able to fight each other)
Bulgaria & Romania

Middle East DLC

Sini DLC featuring desert maps, Egyptian & Israil factions
Golan DLC featuring local terrain, Syrian & Jordanian factions (with the 2 able to fight each other as in “black September” as well.
Iran – Iraq war DLC featuring these nations.

Other DLC ideas

The fighting in the Balkans
The Indo Pakistan Wars

Not much need for DLCs tbh. Mods can fulfil this, just like in the first game

Due to the ongoing crisis in the Levant, we have no plans to develop DLCs set in that region for the foreseeable future. The closest consideration might be the Iran-Iraq.

I am loving AB2--the added 3D environment brings this sim to full depth and immersion for me.

With the new emphasis and treatment of airborne troops in AB2, I'd like to see a DLC utilizing this new expanded capability for the theatres of Viet Nam (wow!) and also places like Afghanistan. This can also include SOF insertions (by WP troops), like WW3 scenarios in Norway and Iceland, etc.

Is there any plans to have DLC which bring these troops and the mechanism into play?

Proper SOF troops specifically are generally beyond the scope of AB; however, various more conventional heliborne forces, such as air assault units, VDV/DShV, and paratroopers, are already included in the game database. The same pattern will apply to DLC nations and factions.

I am slowly sporting the MEW middle east wars mod from ab1
I have already made the Golan map and recently made (wip) the Bitter lake map (down to Suez).

I need a good low poly M3 halftrack model yet
