Oob mistakes/ oddities?

While going through the oob’s I have found a few odd details. All of these apply to July 43 oobs.
1. British and Canadian field engineers don’t have enough organic transport for their unit
2. The Luftwaffe and Wehrmacht aufklärung battalion 43 motorized doesn’t have enough crews to man all the armored cars. Also some of the crews are equipped with m1911a1 and m1 Thompson
