Combat Mission: Battle for Normandy - Out on March 28th

Post by NotTooBad »

Battlefront and Slitherine are thrilled to announce that Combat Mission Battle for Normandy, one of the most iconic titles of the Combat Mission series, is coming on March 28th.

With the release of Combat Mission Battle for Normandy, players can once again dive into the intense battles of World War II in one of the most detailed and immersive tactical wargames ever created. As a player, you will command either Allied or German forces during the Normandy campaign, and engage in historically accurate and challenging battles.

Featuring a unique mix of turn-based and real-time gameplay, Combat Mission Battle for Normandy offers players a chance to control the battlefield like never before. You will need to employ a range of tactics and strategies to overcome your enemy, while also managing your units’ morale and supply.

Combat Mission Battle for Normandy faithfully recreates the experience of tactical land warfare in Western France during World War Two. The Base Game covers the three month period following the Allied D-Day landings, from Operation Overlord in June through the Cobra Breakout in August.

Will the Matrix/Slitherine release of CMBN include all the components of the Big Bundle (Commonwealth Forces, Vehicle Pack, Battle Packs, etc.) or will these components be sold separately as DLC's ?

I don't buy all the wargames I want, I just buy more than I need.

And if we have the Battlefront version, can we get a Matrix games serial?

That's probably a question that you need to ask on the Battlefront forum, or maybe to Steve.

Works perfectly.
Get your Battlefront serial (you can retrieve those from your Battlefront account).
Register your game on Matrix.
You have to register each item separately.
So if you have a bundle you will have to use the same Battlefront serial for both game and dlc(s).
If you have a dlc, register is separately.

Once you have the Matrix serial you can generate Steam serials accordingly.

I’ve just gone through both steps and game plus dlc are now registered in Steam.
Flawless just like Black Sea.

Thanks Battlefront & Matrix for the high level of dedicated support (guess you do get what you pay for!)
