Seeking opponent for first ACW PBEM-Game. ROOKIE?

Any new to American Civil War players out there?
I have only ended a Confederate 1861 campaign against AI.
Now I am looking for a human match.

Preferably someone equally eager to explore the balance and setup in PBEM.
