German translation v1.2.2.0

Dear all,

with MatrixGames' permission we started a community project on Github to work on updated versions of the German translation.
Here you find German files for Version 1.2.2.0 incl. both DLCs:

In the Steam Workshop you can find the Mod version (Deutsch Community Mod) which provides also updates to future Beta versions.
