How to change character in the room?

Not sure if anyone manage to do it, but very much like to change the Boskara looks into Alien from Ridley's Scott movie. I manage to locate the graphic file, that is cut into pieces. Also need to change the command line to execute a simple .png format or whatever that take. Doesnt have to be animated character in that room.

Can anyone help? Also like to change that name Boskara as well.
