[1.1.3.9] Escape Pod recovery

My passenger ship has been picking up the spoils of war between the other two empires for some time now. Now a general adrift in their escape pod has been rescued and placed in the brig, a converted Passenger Compartment.

I have a Non Aggression Treaty and a Free Trade Agreement, and still I'm treating them as a prisoner, who can be sold back to their empire.
On the other hand, their war enemy isn't interested in acquiring such a resourceful asset from us.

Well, the latter is more of a future improvement, and since there are only two states for a character, own or prisoner, the game has no choice... at the moment. But it should have a choice, it's not all black and white in space...

+8 and -1/year for releasing a drunkard, I have to calculate the costs we have saved just by this kind and zenoxe act. ;)
