Refueling Follies: No, I won’t budge until you give me more fuel!

Platform: Steam
Build version: 1.0.8.6 Beta (started with 1.0.8.34 Beta)
Severity: Medium
Annoyance factor: Through the roof!

I had sent one of my manual fleet (Grab Force 1) to capture a boskaran caslon mining station in the Lumabo system. After a crushing defeat of one of my fleet against a Boskaran fleet (due, for a big part, to an auto-design problem), I just checked on my capture fleet. And, of course, it stopped near the system, doing nothing (no mission)!

Already pretty annoying!

Turns out the flagship has decided it needs fuel, and should wait for a tanker, immobilizing the whole fleet. Yet, the fleet is almost there!

Here’s the fleet’s selection panel. It has plenty of fuel to reach its target!

And here’s its current fuel range:

As you can see, there’s even a refueling point nearby, where the fleet could go after fulfilling its mission!

At the very least, when the game decides to stop a manual fleet because it evaluates (wrongly in this case) that it needs fuel, there should be a warning about it, so the player could go check what’s going on.

These type of situations are really annoying!
- Imagine how confusing it is to a new player!
