I'm running the latest version of the game on Steam and my planets aren't requesting Osalia, leaving me unable to build spaceports on them once I've researched whatever tech requires ir.

I tried switching to manual mode and even then I'm unable to request it because it doesn't show up as an option. How is this possible? Does no one even play this game?

If you were to provide a save game, someone actually playing the game could give you an answer...
