1073 icon not showing on ship

Here is a ship without an icon. It is an escort "Scorpion of Uuvu" ordered to refuel at a distant base immediately on getting the alert of its construction, going to the ship, band boxing to select and then going to the destination and giving it a right click menu order to refuel at the specific station.

I was mystified and perplexed that I could not see it travelling so hunted it down through military ships, since it had a distinctive name. I was concerned it had got stuck somehow but no, it was simply invisible until selected!

I tried save and exit the client then restarting the client and reloading the save and it is still not showing an icon, so is reproducible and I include the save.
