Time is running out: send your plans, gents!

Post by Real and Simulated Wars »

So far, I have received plans from one fellow gamer, Leonidas.

Looking forward to receive your plans for scenarios 1 and 2!

Go to this thread describing the scenarios, analyze both situations and develop plans. Then send them via e-mail to julio at panthergames dot com. Your plans can be as simple as pure text, as brief as a couple of sentences. Or you can make them all beefy with map pictures and descriptions on why you would do is or not.

Don't be shy! [;)]

I acknowledge receipt of a plan for scenario 1 by Banquet.
Daring plan, I must say. Looking forward to see this bold commander playing the scenario.

Thanks for your plan, Banquet!

Heh, I'm going to get hammered! I'm terrible at this stuff, but I'm sure attending this excellent college will improve my very basic grasp of battlefield tactics [:)]

I'll get scenerio 2 off to you over the weekend Chelco.

Ey Banquet, you will be fine. Don't get nervous. Above all, this is about having fun. Besides that, we are all learning. I'm looking forward for your next plan.

Pergite made a very impressive analysis of the situation. He introduces things we need to cover in future editions of PWC. Great job.

I am impressed with the great variety of plan styles. From the writing to the command styles. Hats off to you fellows! [&o] And keep 'em coming![:)]

Scenario 2 sent. Apologies for the size of the map attachment. I should have shrunk it first.

This is a great idea for the game and forums Chelco. Thank you for the time you've given up doing it. It's great fun as well so I'd recommend others give it a try!

It will be even more when we get the oppertunity to try out our ideas in the actual scenario. I guess this will be the closest COTA will ever come to any PBEM games [:D]

Yes, I am looking forward to watching my plans fall apart and everyone seeing how bad I am at this game! [:D]

Thanks Banquet, I check my e-mail at night (at the office right now).

And don't worry. The purpose of comparing plans is to learn from each other, not to mortify the players with their performance.
