lost Installation file

Post by brucesim2003 »

Hi guys,

Looking to reinstall PCK, I've discovered that I've lost my installation file.[:-] Ive looked on www.findmyorder.com but it is not there. Is there any way to re-download, or do I have to purchase again?

Cheers

I had the same issue and still can't get my game download due to an error message that wont allow me to obtain the file. But the solution is to one, when you purchase a game on Matrix make sure you also purchase the download insurance (learned this the hard way) when you buy your next game and two... follow these steps below. I hope it works for you.

To begin a new download, please follow these steps:

1. Go to http://shop.digitalriver.com/dr/v2/ec_m ... &xid=45905

2. Enter your order number and password* into the "Quick Order
Lookup" field:
Order Number: xxxxxxxxxx

*If you do not know your password, it can be retrieved at http://shop.digitalriver.com/dr/v2/ec_m ... &xid=45905.

3. Click FIND

4. Click the "Download" button and select the option to "Save".
(NOTE: If clicking the download button does not work, try right clicking
on the button and choosing the option to ’save target as’)

5. You will be prompted to choose a location to save the downloaded
file. We recommend placing the file on your Desktop.

This sends me a message about cookies. I delete the digitalriver cookie and repeat...for the same result. I don't have the order number, so I use the email/cc option. So in short it seems I'm screwed.

Cheers

Do you have anything that shows you when/how you bought it? Credit card statement or serial number? I'll see if Erik can look at this.

I have the serial number, and it is registered here at Matrix.
