Cannot register at UFO Extraterrestrials forum - issue with tactical mod v.54

I have been trying to register to the forums over at UFO Extraterrestrials to post and discuss the game, but I never get an activation email to activate the account. Tried once under shakespeare_101 at -yahoo and created shakespeare_102 at -hotmail just for the activation email as the shakespeare_101 at -yahoo states to contact administrator or something like that and I finally found an email for one admin, but not sure if it is correct.
Any help is appreciated, I've run into a problem with the tactical mod (v .54) and wanted to post the console message I'm seeing.

we see:

pos = shootFindWeapon(unit, false);

and
pos = shootFindWeapon(unit, true);

so we're passing two parms and not three....any ideas?

tried fresh install..this is ontop of Bman 2.09 and a clean install

Is anyone else having registration difficulties at the game website?
