Gold Edition Upgrade Information

Hello everyone,

** Note this upgrade only applies to users upgrading from "PureSim 2005" to "PureSim 2005 - Gold Edition." PureSim Baseball 2007 is a new version available for $29.99 and has no free upgrade. **

These instructions are for qualified PureSim Baseball 2005 owners who are entitled to an upgrade to the 2005 Gold Edition as released today. Please read these instructions carefully and follow them precisely to experience the smooth upgrade process we hope we've set up for you. You may want to print these out for reference before you start.

1. Convert your PureSim 2005 Order ID into a new Matrix Serial Number.

Using the same exact e-mail address you used when purchasing PureSim Baseball 2005 and using the Order ID (should start with "ST") you received from the previous order system when you placed that purchase, please go to this link and enter your information.

If you entered the correct e-mail address and order ID used to purchase PureSim Baseball 2005, the conversion page will tell you that a new valid serial number for your Matrix-released PureSim Baseball 2005 Gold Edition has been sent to you via e-mail. Please check your e-mail, it should arrive within a few minutes for most customers. If you do not receive it but the page tells you it has been sent, please be sure to double-check your spam and junkmail filters to make sure that you have whitelisted support@matrixgames.com, which is the address the e-mail will be sent from.

If you do not have your order ID, please have it resent to you by going to this link:

If you can no access the e-mail address that you used when purchasing PureSim 2005, e-mail us at support@matrixgames.com with your full name and order ID (if you have it) and we will manually change the e-mail in the database to your new e-mail. This can take 24 hours after we've verified your information.

2. Register in our Members' Club.

Click on the "MEMBERS" link in the top navigation bar or go to the link below to enter our Members' Club site. You will need to follow the instructions in the Members' Club on how to register if you have not created an account with us before. If you already have a Members' Club account, skip to step 3.

3. Once logged into the Members' Club, register your copy of PureSim Baseball 2005 Gold Edition.

Using the Register a Game option from within the Members' Club, register as a legal owner of PureSim 2005 Gold Edition with the serial number you were sent in step 1. Once you register here, should you ever lose your serial number you can retrieve it from the Members' Club. This is also an essential step because the serial number will not be stored anywhere else once it has been sent out to you, though you can retrieve it again with your original order ID and e-mail via the process in step 1.

4. Download your free upgrade copy!

Once you have registered as a legal owner, you will see a new link in the Registered Downloads section for PureSim 2005 Gold Edition. This link allows you to download your free upgrade copy. Use the serial number you received in step 1 to install it once your download has completed.
