Hello,

I just discovered a alien computer on a planet.
it provides a 60% bonus in "Skunkworks"
have I building a research laboratory on this planet absolutely to benefit?

If I'm understanding your question correctly, in order to get the 60% bonus, you'll need to build a Research Lab, and then upgrade it to a Skunkworks.

Ah, sorry.

The bonus is valid only on that specific planet.
