Starhips Unlimited v2 - not working now??

Installed this onto a Windows 10 PC and I click on the Play Starhsips Unlimited and NOTHING happens!! I click on the other links on the menu and they work fine. Does SU v2 work on a Windoes 10 machine?

not one i've tested tbh, but my posts tend to work with almost any windows game on windows 10
Windows 11 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 22621) (22621.ni_release.220506-1250)
