In this turn we can recruit the forth Controller.
I always try to hire/build until the last turn to save money, scientists require a turn to be ready and astronauts two.

Now we can see the GSA after about three years.

Finally our budget has been increased!
In this way we should be able to hire more controller and improve a couple of buildings for the next big project: Mercury.

At the moment is not available until Experimental Flight II has been completed, therefore we need to launch other missions (and they are good for Prestige points as well).

Saturn I Booster: 58%
Pegasus Satellite: 77%

Juno II Booster: 26%
Pioneer IV: 27%

Unfortunately we have suffered our first failure!
Something gone wrong during the ascent phase in the Experimental Flight II mission.

But Prestige points losses I have to divert some scientists to recover the hardware downgrade.

Nice aar thanks blind sniper. But please tell me there is more to this game than just picking the mission and research. Looks pretty boring and repetitive.I'll watch for changes in the next few months, but right now, I'm underwhelmed.[:(]

Nice aar thanks blind sniper.

Thanks to you!
But please tell me there is more to this game than just picking the mission and research.

Yes and no, I mean your goal is to reach the Moon but speaking about the game interaction then...yes it is just picking the mission and research.
But, a big but, it is also no because you have to know what and when research.
Now there is only the sandbox mode, no events and other minor features therefore you can see it like a sparring partner.
Looks pretty boring and repetitive.

I'm a wargamer and I played several games from War in the Pacific to Combat Mission and of course you don't have the same feeling.
I know that my interaction is limited but I like to reach this damned satellite trying different paths.
De gustibus non disputandum est [:)]
I'll watch for changes in the next few months, but right now, I'm underwhelmed.

I'm pretty sure that it will improve and it will be more fun but it is a management game after all.

Now I have to stop the game here because I'm not able to hire more personnel, and I need more Flight Controllers and Scientists too.
The patch should be ready soon.
