Where's Appendix D?

The manual states on page 24 (bottom paragraph) to see Appendix D for information about which components are part of a mission group. But, there isn't an Appendix D.

Oopsie.
Occasionally, and randomly, problems and solutions collide. The probability of these collisions is inversely related to the number of committees working on the solutions. -- Me.

Apologies, I totally missed this post! Yes, that's a typo. There are only 3 appendices, thanks for reporting this!
