Harpoon On 10

Yes, the current version of HC runs on Windows 10 both 32-bit and 64-bit. Older versions vary, for many the scenario editor will not run natively on the 64-bit version of Windows 10 (but will on the 32-bit version, if anyone actually runs that...).
