stupid question regarding grenades....

like how do i get my guys to throw them? i hold down control and get the crosshairs but neither mouse button induces the grenade throw. how is this done please?

Firstly, is the grenade you are trying to throw in the top 'held' slot? If it is then providing you are in range and the action points are sufficient you should be able to throw.

Points to note:

There could be and obstruction in the way, however in my experience it still lets you throw but you find yourself looking at a grenade between your feet!

Make sure that you have none of the 'specialist move' icons activated e.g. turn & strafe.

If you hold down Ctrl key you can throw it anywhere that you have enough action points.
