Hi-I just DLed WW2 yesterday.So, I'm new to the game, but not to gaming.(I've been deep into War in the Pacific.)

I'd appreciate any thoughts from you older WW2 players to assist me in getting started. Yes, I'm going to play the '39 scenario as a tutorial.

1. What is latest v, and where do I go to DL?
2. Is the manual good or just so-so?
3.Is normal hardness OK for a starter?
4.I played a few turns of the '39 game to get a feel for the game. Is it best to use NATO unit markers or the other?

BTW, this game reminds me of Strategic Command, but with more detail in R&D, building units, etc.

2) I think it's worth to take a look in there, but you should be able to play without it.
3) Should be OK.
4) I always use those little figures, but it's only me
