Couple of Questions

Post by Max 86 »

Have a couple of questions on gameplay.

Does the player have to direct supplies to each of the depots or is this handled automatically with a clear road path to the edge of the map?

What determines how much supply each depot receives?

Since this is not turn based, how often is supply distributed and what controls that?

Can, especially for the German side, a depot be captured and used for friendly units. Thinking of allied fuel for use by the panzers mostly?

Ok, maybe more than a couple of questions.[:)]

No problem Chief!

Thanks Max for your questions:

Depots are filled automatically from edge of the map (supply sources), the supplies are provided in a short period of time, but if you concentrate excessive units in one single road you can have problems, and forced to delay your offensive movements. So it is good to keep and eye in your supply map.

You have intermediate supply depot (small quantity of supply) and cities (that depend of the size have more or less supply). Also you have parachute supplies to refill depots (that refill the closest depot).

For this version we do not include the depot capturing feature. (For sure it has been a long discussion in the team about it).
